Full Automation Workflow
Decoiling & Precision Leveling
The heavy-duty decoiler supports up to 20 Tons. The integrated precision leveler removes internal stress from the coil, ensuring the sheet is perfectly flat before it reaches the cutting head. This is crucial for cutting accuracy.
High-Speed Laser Cutting
Equipped with a gantry structure and Precitec/Raytools auto-focus head. The system performs continuous "flying cuts" on the moving metal strip, synchronized perfectly by the servo feeding system.
Auto Unloading & Sorting
Finished parts are automatically conveyed to the sorting area. The skeleton waste is rolled up or cut into scrap pieces automatically, keeping the workspace clean and safe.
